All orders are shipped out 5-7* business days after order is placed. You can expect to receive your item(s) within 5-7 business days after shipment if you're located within the United States. All international orders can expect to wait 4-8 weeks.

Preorder Items:
Any orders containing preorder items will not be shipped until all items in the order come into stock (unless the items, due to their size, must be shipped in separate packages). If you wish to receive your non-preorder items sooner, please place two separate orders. Refunds will not be processed for preorder items.
For a proper estimate of when your preorder item(s) will arrive, please check each individual listing description, as it will contain the timeline of arrival.

Yes! We can send to most major countries! However, there are some restrictions regarding shipping to the UK. Please review the tab below for more information!

Due to the UK enacting new laws in 2021 about how custom taxes are collected, V-Oshi is unable to process any orders to the UK via it's main website.
Instead, we can offer to fulfill items via custom orders on our Etsy storefront. If you wish to place an order and you are located within the UK, please send an email to support@v-oshi.com and list the items and quantities you wish to purchase and we will be happy to set it up for you. Please remember that goods and services shipped to the UK will incur a VAT fee of 20% of the product price (not including shipping fees). Esty will automatically collect this 20% VAT fee at the time of sale. Please factor this in if you're on a budget!
If your order is valued at over £135, then Etsy will not collect the VAT fee in advance and you will be responsible for paying it upon receiving your item(s).

Currently we use USPS (which transfers to your local postal service if you're shipping outside of the US) and Fedex for all of our shipments. UPS will also be available soon.

If you're located outside of the US, your order may be subject to import/customs taxes/duties. We are unable to calculate them for you in advance and you will be responsible for paying them upon arrival of your items.

If your item(s) are returned due to failure to comply with your country's customs policies, we are unable to offer you a refund for shipping. If you wish to have your item(s) reshipped, you will need to pay an additional shipping charge.
If you live in a rural area, the shipping carrier may charge you for the delivery of your item. You are responsible for paying this as well.

To ensure the safe delivery of posters, they are packaged and/or shipped separately from all other items. In addition to this, deskmats and wallscrolls, due to their tall yet narrow size, will also be shipped separately. This will incur additional shipping charges.
Under certain circumstances, we are able to ship your deskmat/wallscroll/poster in the same box as other select items. You may email us to request this with your order to save on shipping but understand that it may not be possible.

Unfortunately, due to sale volume, we are unable to meet combination requests under most circumstances. You are still welcome to email us, but please understand that it may not be possible in some circumstances. Please try to order all desired items in one single order to prevent accruing additional shipping charges.

Most of our preorder items are purchasable between a 2-8 week window. These preorder windows are determined by a few factors so they may be shorter or longer than others. To see an accurate timeline of when the preorders take place and when they close please visit the individual listings or visit our Product/Shipping Timelines page here!
All preorders close after 11:59 PM PT during the final day of the preorder period.

All preorders close after 11:59 PM PT (UTC -7/-8 depending on the time of year) of the final day of the preorder. If you live in a different timezone, feel free to use a timezone converter like this to help find out when preorders close in your area!
For example:
If preorders take place between August 9th-August 20th, the preorder items will remain available for purchase from August 9th until August 20th 11:59PM Pacific Time.

Under most circumstances, when you place an order on V-Oshi, all items in that order will ship in one box once all items come into stock. If you have combined in-stock items with preorder items (preorder items can be identified by the "[PREORDER]" tag in the title, as well as preorder timeline information in the description), then your order will not ship until all preorder items come into stock. This means that you could be waiting anywhere between 4-24 weeks to receive your package, even if some of the items in the order were already available at the time of purchase.
The exception to this is if you place an order for a poster, wallscroll, deskmat or preorder plush. These items are shipped separately due to their size and/or extended manufacturing time.
If you wish to receive your items as soon as possible, place an order for preorder items, and a separate order for non-preorder items. If you made a mistake and wish to have your non-preorder items shipped in advance and are interested in paying for the additional postage, you're welcome to contact us with your order number and we'll be happy to assist you!

If your shipping address has changed before the preorder item has began shipping, please contact us at support@v-oshi.com as soon as possible so we can accommodate you. If the item was already shipped and gets returned to us then you may need to pay for additional postage.

Preorder items are shipped out shortly after they arrive at V-Oshi's warehouse. Some items may take longer to manufacture than others due to their complexity, so please take care to read the estimated timeline of shipment in each listing. Additionally, all items are quality checked by hand before being shipping to our customers.
To provide accurate timelines for when the product will begin shipping, we provide a timeline in each individual listing in addition to our Product/Shipping Timelines page which can be found here. If you have any questions about fulfillment, please check that page before reaching out as it updates frequently.

Currently we are unable to accept returns unless you received damaged product. If you received a faulty or damaged product please contact us at support@v-oshi.com with photos of the damaged product any damaged packaging, state your order number so we can resolve any issues.

Most of our keychains/standees come with a protective clear film on both sides. If you are unboxing your item for the first time and it appears to have a scratch on it, chances are that the scratch is on the film and all you need to do is remove it to reveal the smooth and vibrant surface of your item!

There is a clear film that is present on both sides of most of our acrylic keychains and standees! It is there to protect the item against damage during travel and display. Please remove them to improve the appearance of your item by revealing its bright vibrant colors!
You can remove most film easily by using your finger nail and pressing it against a corner of the stand/keychain until the film corner comes up. Alternatively, you can carefully use a pair of tweezers to grab the corner to raise the film. Please note that this could potentially cause damage to the item's surface and we are unable to replace or return any items damaged in this way.

Absolutely not. V-Oshi believes in supporting artists of all shapes and sizes and under no circumstances will we accept the usage of AI artwork for any merchandise. All of our Vtubers and Artists are organic and home grown!
